“I honestly don't remember if he followed up with after the initial presentation. All I know is that when I tried to reach him about postponing the project till Spring, I couldn't get a hold of him. He never returned any of my emails or calls.”

“Because of the no response. When I needed to speak with someone and no one would respond to me. I had really needed someone to speak to on whether or not to postpone this project, I couldn't get anyone. It really made me leary on moving forward even in the Spring.
