We needed the ability to communicate with our roofing crew. I am not going to be one of these people that says "They need to speak English" or anything. I suggest that the customer is at least given a phone number to text and the native language the crew uses and then we can use Google Translate to send simple messages back and forth. My wife and I really feel like communication can be improved a great deal. For example a good morning and good night text/email would be great. In the good morning communication you would say when you were going to arrive, who the point of contact for the day(Name, form of communication, etc) was and what they want to get done and what to expect including what time they were hoping to wrap up. In the good evening communication they would report what they got done, that they are done for the day, and what the next steps are.
