I would do it, but hesitantly. The company, unquestionably. However, due to the problems with the installation crew, not so much so. Train crews all over the nation on doing a daily cleanup, if for nothing more than the safety of the homeowner.Keeping the homeowner advised on the status of their project. I think that I've made enough comments above. If anyone would like further clarification, our number is (360) 679-0820.

Installation Crew

☆☆☆☆ Strongly disagree
“They were friendly and courteous, of that there is no doubt. However, they never showed up on time (0800-0815 was designated). On one day, it rained hard and I didn't expect them to show up. However, they didn't call us until 1100 to let us know. The next day they came out and finished the job, but didn't complete cleanup. I was told that they would be out at 0815 the next day. We waited until 1000 for the crew and finally left for church and lunch afterwards. They called us at 1315 (1:15 PM) to let us know that they couldn't make it that day to finish the cleanup and would be here the next day. The same thing occurred the next day (they called at 0900 and said they would be here at 1100). I finally got in touch with customer service. The installation manager in Mt. Vernon WA assured me the matter would be taken care of. The installation crew called again at 1100 and said that, now, it would be 1230. I called the installation manager back and we set up a meeting for that Wednesday and that he would escort the installation crew out and ensure that the job was completed satisfactorily. It was done, in no small part, due to the presence of the installation manager.Overall, the Interlock staff was HIGHLY professional and resolved problems quickly. HOWEVER, this installation crew (out of Massachusetts), left a LOT to be desired. For our job alone, my recommendation would be to dismiss this crew and hire a new contractor.”

Clean & Safe

☆☆☆☆ Strongly disagree
“For the week that the crew was here, the job site was NEVER cleaned up in any way. Our property looked as though a bomb went off, the entire time. Nails were all over the place, which could have proved disastrous for our family, car, o pets. A significant amount of roofing debris was found in our kitchen stove exhaust system, which caused our range hood fan to not work. The contractor did come in and fix it, but only after I showed him a nail and roofing material that my wife found in the system. The contractor claimed that this was the first time he had seen this happen. In doing some research afterward, I found out that this is NOT an uncommon occurrence. My recommendation is that ANY job site gets a daily cleanup (minimal, yet enough to keep the property owners safe). It's not expected to be a FULL cleanup, but enough to keep properties from looking like a war zone, like ours did.”

Professional Completion

★★★★★ Strongly agree
“The ONLY reason that this is a 4 is due to the involvement of the installation manager in Mt. Vernon. Had it not been for him, this would be a 0 (and well earned). After HIS involvement, I can say that we are happy with the results. Clearly, not so much so with the installation crew.”

Problem Resolution

★★★★★ Strongly agree
“The installation manager in Mt. Vernon deserves a loud and prolonged "well done". Once he became involved with our roofing project, everything was done properly (Gee, I wonder if it would have happened if we had involved him earlier).”
