“They are very expensive. I feel even though the product is good, the interaction was like a sales transaction like purchasing a car instead of a necessity for my home. For that price, my expectation was different. I expected them to get on top of my roof and really inspect. There was no actual worker, just a sales person. They made comments that they shouldn't have since they didn't see my roof. It was more geared towards sales. It needed more of a connection. I wanted to talk to someone that would do the work for that amount of money. A knowledgable person based on what they were looking at. They just wanted to close a deal.”
