Interlock needs to be more upfront and honest about how the roof is sensitive to foot traffic. When people walk on the shingles they risk causing the shingles to bend permanently. This is a disadvantage that interlock should openly explain to prospective customers.

With a purchase this big I would expect to be kept in the loop for critical details regarding project dates. You need to hire a project manager or a general contractor that would be able to be the point of contact for a specific customer.
