Review: August 1, 2021Completion: June 29, 2021If I had not been there to immediately identify problems, which were a result of the language barrier with crew on site not understanding the particular specifications of the job, it could have turned into a real disaster. Such things as not putting ventilation sheathing on the vaulted ceiling portion of the roof; then trying to put it not only on the vaulted ceiling, but other parts of the roof, where it was not required.

They might be able to improve because, during the installation, they had another project so they were going back and forth between the 2 projects. Some days there was a full crew and some days they were only a couple of guys. They did a great job with the schedule they had but they didn't seem like they had the liberty to focus on one job at a time.

We were concerned about them being on the roof when it's almost dark and not being able to see what they were doing. Also, we didn't have a full crew every day. The downspouts were blocked in one area when they were done and we don't know what was in it. We pushed it on through, but we don't have leaves or branches here.
