Rolland Starks did not return a call or respond to an e-mail regarding the installation date. After I contacted Mike Rasmussen, Rolland did respond but then failed to call later when promised. I found out the morning the crew was starting because I called him. See rating for question # 4. InterLock might consider lobbying the Insurance Commissioner regarding having the safety of the roof recognized so insurance companies would offer discounts. One of the reasons I purchased the roof was because of the lifetime warrantee and the safety of wind resistance and the light weight causing less stress on the house structure. I was disappointed when my insurance company would not allow a safety discount because it is not recognized by the Insurance Commission.Also, it is usually a good idea to under promise and over deliver. The sales staff said the roof would take 4-5 days. The crew estimated 7 days when they arrived and it actually took 9 days. I ended up having to cancel a planned trip because of the time.
