That is only based on the fact that they misled me with the project date. They could have improved on their communication with the customer and given a realistic starting date. They used weather related issues for the reason for the delays and there were no weather issues in our area, that is for sure. One of the reasons why I agreed to the price was because of the timeframe that they told me that they could have the job finished in. If I knew that the job wasn't going to be done until February, I would have got other quotes from other companies. I agreed to the price because of the timeframe that they said that they could finish the project in.

They knew that when my project was scheduled that there was no way that they could finish before Christmas because the panel manufacturer was on holiday shutdown from December 20-25, so if they did not order the products before then, there was no way that they could get them in time to finish before Christmas.”
