They could have improved by me seeing more supervision of the project. They didn't do bad work but the things I asked them to take care of didn't happen. I was told they would take care of the problem, I sent them a picture but no one every came out to fix the problem. I am not happy with the finished trim.

“Courteous yes, but I had problems when we first started the project. I found out someone was going to be the super visor then I found out that guy was in a different location. He said Jesse would be in charge, Jesse was there the first day and I never saw him again. The guys did a good job but there were some issues with the clean up and some of the trim was not installed right and it makes it look ugly. I was told it would be taken care of but it has not been fixed yet. It's the finished trim that looks really bad.”
