This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Black on a home in Sussex, WI, completed September 12, 2017. The project covered roughly 25 squares of roofing. Russ and Sandra N. rated the work 3 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on October 9, 2017. Employees Professionalism scored 3 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “Courteous yes, but I had problems when we first started the project.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
They could have improved by me seeing more supervision of the project. They didn't do bad work but the things I asked them to take care of didn't happen. I was told they would take care of the problem, I sent them a picture but no one every came out to fix the problem. I am not happy with the finished trim.
