    The crew we had was very competent. I didn't quite understand why they didn't stay in Watertown instead of driving back so far. That didn't make any sense to me.     A representative of your company on site. There is no representation of your product on site except for the big arrow sign, not vehicles, clothing etc. Install manager (Jesse) was only here for a few hours for the entire install. One intaller signed off on the job with the leadmans name. Who are these people contracted by you? Why did the installers take a whole case of roofing back with them if I paid for them?
