We just had our roof finished last week, What a difference! Lots and lots of compliments, Antonio, Tyson and Jamie were very professional, always on time, hardworking, a great bunch of guys. I’m sending you these pictures of some before and after shots of our house, feel free to use them if you wish, once again thank you very much.

This letter regards the installation of a new roof on our house using your products. First of all, we are extremely pleased with your product. We would be happy to recommend it as an excellent product. Next, I would like to commend you on your choice of an installer for our new roof. I do not think you could have chosen a better installer. From the very first day on the job, it was obvious that Mr. Ritter was a highly competent tradesperson. He pointed out many errors that had been made on the original roofing system. In addition he advised us on the necessary corrective measures. In my estimation he went beyond the call of duty to perform an excellent job. I feel you company should be very pleased to have a craftsman with such a good sense of responsibility, desire and ability to do an excellent job. Once again, we are extremely pleased with your product and the workmanship of Mr. Ritter.

Worth the money - hands down! We got both roofs replaced (1 last year, and then the other this year) - and now we can sleep knowing our home is protected and in the day enjoy the gorgeous copper penny coloured roof!! Interlock was also great to work with!

When I decided I was gonna get a new roof, I knew it was going to be a metal roof. Meeting Randal at an outdoor show made it easier to start the process. He is both friendly and professional. The quote was straightforward. I got to see pictures of other houses and colors, and samples were brought. So that I could look at everything. Todd let me know when the people were going start. Vlad contacted me to ask if they could start Saturday and he answered all my questions. They worked fast and cleaned up everyday. Very nice people. Britt in administration was great. She was very helpful. Oh and my roof is beautiful. I had to take a picture of the snow guard. It nice to know I don't have to think about doing my roof again. I would highly recommend Interlock.

Dear Interlock: We first saw this house just over a year ago we fell in love with it. At the time we realized the original roof, first growth cedar shakes, was due for replacement so we went hunting for some suitable material. When we saw the Interlock roof we sensed it had what was necessary to protect the house as well as compliment its character. Once we saw the results we knew we chose well. Once we started staying in the house we noticed when it rained there was an extra volume of water coming down the valleys where two main roofs came together. It was a small flaw perhaps in the original design but something which required a little ingenuity to remedy. Your installer Antonio managed to drop by just before Christmas to fix another small problem and fortunately a solution for the valley deluge. He managed to do just that a few days after Christmas on his way back up Island. It looks like his remedy is working. I guess time will tell if it lasts as long as the roof. Either way we would like to commend his efforts and thank you all for a job well done.

There are two reasons for this letter to you. First, both my wife and I wish to express our satisfaction with your roofing product. We are extremely pleased with the completed result and the enhancement to our home. Interlock Metal Roofing (BC) Ltd. was challenged by the roof on our home but managed to replace the whole roof system and repair some rot that was discovered under the roof they removed because of a faulty installation from another roofing contractor 15 years ago. To Whom It May Concern: I first encountered Ted Rector at the Nanaimo Home Show in 1999. I quickly made an appointment and consequently bought my first Interlock roof. We absolutely loved the roof! Not to mention the installation was first rate and the look was superb! Although I thought we would be in that home for several more years, we found a home with an ocean view that I couldn’t resist. We sold and made an excellent profit, partially due to the transferable and lifetime " data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">warranty on the roof. Our next home needed the attention to detail immediately from Ted. Our new home in Lantzville when viewed from the road was all roof. And boy did it need a new one! We actually purchased the home knowing that it would be our first priority. But we knew the best representative and the best material for our problem. Ted suggested the " data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">copper “tile look”. A little more expensive, but let me tell you, it was well worth it. Our home became a showpiece! And the value soared. No more unsightly tar and gravel on a low roof. No moss! No maintenance! Just pure beauty and the knowledge that we had once again gained the best on the market. Unfortunately, what we thought would be our final home was sold when we had to move my mother-in-law in with us and needed a bigger house. From the time I made the decision, to select Interlock as the successful roofing company, I have been extremely satisfied. The customer service has need excellent, regardless of whether it was administration, schedulers or the sale representative. The 4-5 man crew worked hard and long hours, under very hot conditions. Under the supervision of Antonio, a man with extensive experience and thoroughness, the project advanced quickly. One thing that demonstrated this was the focus on keeping the site clean and free of materials and nails and fasteners.
