They take the nails, and they throw them over their shoulder, and they go into the gutters, bushes, etc. It ended up flattening my tires. I did talk to them about it. However, when it rained, they came out of the gutters and ended up in my driveway. One time I counted 26 nails came down the drain pipe. The magnet doesn't work for the nails in the gutters. They could have improved their handling of the waste products. I still have to get in touch with them. The people in the office are nice and cooperative. The foreman was good as well.

The cleaning up at the end of the day could improve. This is the second roofing job done by Interlock. The first one was done on a smaller house, and it was the best one done in the neighborhood from what I heard from friends and family. I am happy with the results, and with the next roofing done, I do think I have the best one in the neighborhood.

John the salesman that came to my home explained clearly the whole process and even took me to another house in my neighborhood to show me exactly what was involved and the end result. That was when I decided to go with them. Although it didn't get installed until the middle of winter everything held tight as they worked around snow and rain. I love the new roof and highly recommend Interlock Roofing.

They could have done better cleaning up all the nails from the old roof.
They could be more careful. They worked off a second floor deck and it got scratched.
They could have improved on their clean up during the project. There was some debris left, but in all fairness they were working when there was snow on the ground, so it probably fell into the snow banks.
