Dear Interlock, This letter is in regards to the absolutely gorgeous roof you recently installed for us. The roof looks amazing. The red choice was a little nerve racking, but it is even better than we could have imagined. We live on a very busy street and we can often hear cars slowing down in front of the house to look at the roof. Mike met with us in mid March and was extremely knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions. When we were ready to proceed with the project. Miranda was very helpful and courteous to us. Within a couple of days of getting the go ahead for the project, one of Interlock's installers was at our door, saying they would be starting the next day. He notice something that was missed in the initial roof review and suggested we add some ice guards above our skylights for extra protection. They started the next day promptly at 8am and with fear of rain the following day they worked til well after dark and then picked up the debris from our yard and took it away with them. They also carefully covered the additional materials to be used in case of rain. They finished the project in a couple of days and cleaned up every day before they left. The installers were very polite and worked hard to get the project completed. We plan on staying in our home for many years to come and are pleased with the decision we made to go with the Interlock Roofing System. Both for the beauty it adds to the exterior of our home, the immediate savings coming over our way with reduced heat and electricity bills and the long term benefit of never having to replace the roof again.

I wanted to let you know how happy my wife and I are with our new Interlock roof and the quality of the installation work. The installers presented themselves in a very professional manner. They took great pride in their job and worked on our home as if it was their own. At the end of the day, they always cleaned up after themselves and never inconvenienced my family. They truly were a wonderful crew! The roof looks fantastic. It is much sharper and cleaner looking than our old roof. Since it was completed, we have had several hard rainstorms. The roof performed very well. One of our initial concerns was if rain hitting this new roof would be louder than our old. On those stormy nights, our fears were quickly put to rest. There was no difference in sound compared to our old roof. Then, the night before Thanksgiving, we had a snowstorm. Dear Interlock Industries, I am writing this letter to you regarding the installation of our new roof. My wife and I were looking for a roof that would last as long as the 40-year-old roof on our house. We looked at all different types of roofing materials, but the quality isn't as good as it was 40 years ago. The only roof that seemed practical for our needs was the Interlocking roof. Your sales representative Daniel Adolfson came out to show us your roofing system. After his visit, the interlocking roof seemed like the only solution. Your installer that was sent to install the new roof was great. He worked the hottest two weeks of the summer, alone installing the roof and making sure the house was watertight every night. He also picked up all of the materials in the yard. We would recommend this type of roofing system and your company to anyone that is looking for great service and a good product.

For me, the change to a metal roof is something I have thought about for some time as I have had nothing but problems with the new asphalt put on ten years ago. Ice dams and leaks have been a problem from the beginning of which I thought taking off the gutter would help. Next was to pay to have a three-foot piece of aluminum put in along the length of the roof, resulting in snow dams above the aluminum strip. The next thing to try was electric wires, which were somewhat successful, but meant taking down and putting up yearly. At 54, to be on a ladder dealing with wires and ice dams is okay, but how about 64 or 74? Some new way to roof had to be the answer. In New Hampshire, where my brother and I have a summer place, a new cabin was being built, and it had long metal panels which didn’t look too bad but were painted. The idea that an option was out there. Interlock was the better choice for a metal-type roof and looked better too. The cost of snow seals and new shingles, stripping off two layers, and the cost of recycling in twenty years led me to see that non-asphalt does cost more initially, but how about in the long run? Probably not. With my new Interlock Roof, time spent on the roof, don’t see any need for snow dams, as snow slides off. No need for a roof rake or wires. Loudness in the rain, not noticeable. The appearance looks great. With this roofing – the problem is solved; it’s on to other needed repairs.

Thank you so much for meeting with us to arrange the purchase of a new roof by Interlock. It’s gorgeous! It is so comforting to know that our roof is now safe from leaks and ugliness. We had a few obvious leaks every time it rained or snowed, and that hasn’t happened since our new roof was completed. We have seen several people “looking” as they " data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">walk or drive by, and several neighbors have made comments as to how great it looks. This was a job that we put off for years – and now we’re so glad that we have done it! What a great crew you had – they were polite – they did the work, and they cleaned up beautifully (even better than how they found it – to our pleasure). The roof was delivered as promised – on time! The crew worked long hours to get it completed, and although we had bad weather on a few of those days – the work was completed in a week! They never interfered with our own schedule and despite the hammering which comes with any job of this nature – we just knew they were getting the work done as expeditiously as possible – working until the available light made it unsafe to continue for the day. Thank you – Interlock is a great company with a product that is sure to give us many years of security, knowing that our roof will surely outlast us and that we don’t have to worry about any future roofing jobs. You were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with! It is great to know that we now have the “best roof” on the block – not the worst!

This is to give you feedback on our recent Interlock roof installation. The installation, including stripping the old roofing, went very well and cleaned up was as I had expected. This is an old house with dormers, and even since I have lived here (since 1956), it has had various leak problems that were never solved with new asphalt shingle jobs. Within a week of completion of the Interlock Roof, we had a heavy wet snowstorm and two days of wind-driven rains. Everything is dry. Also, we get lots of comments from passersby about how nice the roof looks. You can consider me satisfied.
