  This is 50/50. It's a good product, but I would let the people know to make sure they had at least a month and half of time. There needs to be better communication between the sellers and the installers. They need to start supplying their own porta-potty and not piss on people's property. And if they know there are animals in the house, they should lay a tarp down to collect the nails so there's less debris to affect the animals.
