  A bit more communication on the start date would have been nice. I had to contact them to find that out because the material sat in our driveway for a week and we hadn't heard anything so we called them. There are some corners that are very sharp on the roof it would be nice if those could have been bent in a bit more. Also, I thought we were getting a bumper for the door but we didn't receive anything like that, we have an indent in the roof already because of the garage door.

  They could have improved by completing the commitment as promised and on time and without the excuse of being the winter season and they don't do it during the winter when I have obviously seen they do in other areas. I believe in the product, it was just the installation and communication during installation that was unprofessional.
