They could have improved by letting us know when they are coming, so you know. They should also stay until the job is done. The sales person told us there was a 50 year non prorated warranty. The warranty information we received in the mail said it is transferable to only one owner. I was not told that. It should be 50 years no matter how many owners are after us.
