“The installers were good, but the cover blew off of my roof when they had the underlay on the roof. It wasn't adequately secured, so a big wind blew it off and then it rained over the weekend, so I had some concerns about water leaking into the attic. I had to go up and get into the attic to check it for myself. They told me that there wasn't any leakage, but I didn't see any evidence that anyone got up there to check it. I didn't think that it was professional that it blew off and that nobody came to check it for the whole weekend. They were also about 3 weeks late for the installation and they wouldn't return my calls to talk about it. I had to track down a senior manager of the company through the internet on LinkedIn. I got his email through the internet and I emailed him. After that, they started returning my phone calls, but it took a lot of pressure by me to get them to do that. They also only had one guy on the roof doing the work. He did it by himself. He had help getting the shingles up on the roof, but he did the whole installation by himself.”
