I am still waiting for the president of Interlock to give me a call back. It puts a big question mark in my mind that he cannot take the time to speak with me about the warranty. I would like the results of this survey to be shown to the president. I am looking for a lifetime warranty because my son is going to own this home after I do and he is autistic. I need to get a letter saying that the warranty will be honored in case any problems arise.
