Better planning, scheduling and coordination for materials delivery (actual full delivery of materials) and start of the work.Improve co-ordination and communication between the office staff and the field installers.Detailed explanation of the guarantee terms in a simpler way. What is covered what is not covered etc.Emphasis on post sales service and follow-up, which is totally missing. The company has an opportunity to build it's brand name for future as presently there is no competition in the market.This is the time the company can build it's future market.
