We made a deal with Derek, and the time he said they would come they didn't come. We had to keep calling and wondered what was happening. I was concerned and angry and thought we should take our deposit back. The delivery was here for weeks, and we had to keep calling them. When the salesmen go to people's homes and the people agree to a schedule, he should stick to the date of the arrangement.
