I have had a lot of people come by, I get a discount on my insurance, and it looks great. It was a real no brainer, anybody that asks, I tell them I'm happy. Interlock Roofing could have had better communication between the head office in Calgary and myself as far as time frames. I felt that there were a lot of pregnant pauses in between. Then, I would have to call. I would have liked just a quick update call to let me know the status. They should keep the purchaser in the loop because there are so many horror stories with home construction and renovation. A little communication goes a heck of a long way, it puts people's minds at rest and makes them feel like they are dealing with people not just a roof. I would suggest that Interlock Roofing gets the logo and information painted on all of the vehicles, that is great advertising right there. People here get their roofs replaced about every 5 years. The guy that dropped off the stuff had an interlock truck, but Jim's truck had no signage on it. I wish I had the same experience with all of the tradesmen that I've worked with over the years, it was great from beginning to end.
