I have had several inquires and recommended them to several people. I sent some info to my neighbors and he may be contacting the company soon. The company could have improved their communication. I was not aware of the people coming and then they just showed up. I had been expected to be contacted on the start date and they just showed up. I had contact Mr. Briar prior to talk about some of the concerns. After that phone call there was no further follow up and that was disappointing. Several of the boxes that were delivered were not opened. Instead they were taken away. It gave me cause for wonder what was happening to the materials that I was paying for. There were three boxes that had not been used that they just packed up and taken away. I was also not given any introduction from the installers which I though was unprofessional.
