This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Tudor Brown on a home in Edmonton, AB, completed March 31, 2015. The project covered roughly 30 squares of roofing. Jeffrey and Val S. rated the work 5 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on May 9, 2015. Schedule scored 5 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “The weather was the only thing that pulled us back a little.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
There was a safety issue with respect to the installation crew. They were wearing their harnesses, but they were not physically attached by the safety line to the roof of the house. When looking up from below, you could see them wearing their harnesses and the line draped over the back of the house, but it was not physically attached to the roof itself. For what I paid, I expected good service with quality materials and work and that is what I got.
