Communication - the material was delivered but no call or information was provided that the installation day was moved up (was told it would be mid-March).No complaints that it was moved up, just would have liked a heads up. no complaints at this timeI am pleased with the process from the sales rep to the end. From what I can see from the window and the street (didn't go on the roof to inspect) it appears very nicely done.
