“The sales and office staff were very professional and courteous. However, the installation team (especially the team manager) were not very communicative. Lack of informing on status of work during the installation and with some of the follow-up "fixes". Currently, a section that was identified for replacement has been unfinished for nearly 3 weeks. Replacement materials have been delivered, but no communication from installers on when or how long the repair will take.Further, immediately following the installation, the install manager wanted payment, even though we had some questions about the look of one section we thought needed improvement. There appeared to be no willingness to find a time to discuss the issue, only to collect the cheque.”
