Interlock installed an Interlock® Cedar Shingle system in Colonial Brown on a home in Edmonton, AB, completed July 31, 2016. The project covered roughly 29 squares of roofing. They were extremely good at keeping the place clean and tidy. They cleaned up well. It was fabulous. The communication could be improved. I am still waiting for my lifetime guarantee. They cashed the check, and I still have not received it. The office staff needs to up their game. I have not called them, but I asked them directly for that when the job was completed. They said it would be given to me within 10 days of the check clearing. We agreed on a price and what was to be done, and the salesman was constantly trying to increase the price by thousands of dollars. There were some slight issues with the building and we agreed on ways to resolve that and for what price. I did not like that they kept trying to upsell me. The installers and the job were well done. The salesman put me off of recommending them to anyone else. It is a great product.
