I was notified the day before they started the roof. Made it a little difficult to plan as I see patients from home, but I made it work. A little more notice would have been helpful. A huge number of nails and sharp debris were strewn around the yard and left there for over a week. Had to keep the kids out of the yard. There wasn't enough materials to finish the job and had to wait a few days for more to arrive. No one notified me about this and I wondered why no one was working on the roof for a few days. Would have been nice to receive a check-in call from Neil after the work had started to see how things were going and to address any concerns. Think it would be good to recommend to people to have their eaves cleaned after the job is done. Might seem obvious but some people may not think about it. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the final product! Roof looks awesome! And has kept us dry during all these summer storms. Very happy! What should we do with the Interlock sign? Do you want it back?
