I'm in two minds about this. The roof looks great, and should last the test of time, but the installation experience was not what I was expecting after Derek explained how professional and good the teams were. Communication. Managing expectations. Being responsive. Letting me know that the back entry area had half a roof, rather than me discovering it for myself.

This is especially the case because the installation crew ran out of roofing shingles in the colour specified, and for almost a week one part of my roof was left exposed to the elements, including a rather severe rain storm. Each time I found myself chasing Interlock for information.”
