I would but most people are shy about it because of the cost of the product. People have asked what it costs and they have a very "I can't afford that attitude". They fixed everything that was broken, they coordinated well with the solar panel guy. The biggest thing I would say is the last bit of professional touch with clean up, it lacks. Use a vacuum cleaner for the gutters rather than a blower, when you blow it, it has to go somewhere and cleaned up. Then use a blower for the grit on the roof. I even told them that all of these trimmings were on my lower roof, get a little box and keep it on the roof for the trimmings and caulking tubes rather than throwing them everywhere. Quality control as well, I'm the one that spotted a shingle with a nail coming through it. If managements gets this and they feel they have more questions, I would be more than happy to talk to them. I try to be honest and give an honest critique.

“They broke my pipe and didn't repair it or tell anybody, we had to repair it and it filled my attic full of steam and dust because it's winter here. They attempted to repair it and was failing miserably at it. I ended up fixing it and buying parts myself. They have to be more careful with how they're dealing with things. I have a roof antenna and they were hanging their jackets on it. They were friendly and got down to business and got the work done, but they need to work on quality control and respecting the customers property.”

“They asked that I not drive on the driveway until they cleaned up the nails and stuff. They tended to leave things on the roof or drop it off the side. I suggested to them to keep a box on the roof to keep their trimmings and their empty caulk tubes in so that the clean up wasn't as hard on them. They need to take more care in their quality.”

“They were very accommodating, the solar panel guy ran out of a few screws and had to order them from the UK, they came 4 or 5 days later. They sent a few boys back and they had a few rows to put on and the ridge vent. Everything was done. They made sure the job was done, they coordinated with the solar guy and got it done. Also, if a job calls for 4 tubes of silicone, send 5 or 6 just in case something happens.”
