I feel we were misled about there being no subcontracters - Haro's company was excellent but I feel I could have just dealt with them as my neighbours did on our recommendation. I am still waiting on a refund on a full unopened box of tiles + the black plastic ventilation material which would have ruined the look of our detached garage
