Communication. Not from the roofers, they were very professional. From the office staff. Overall, a good experience but there seems to be a communication gap between what I think is your head office in the States and a local Alberta contact. The contact number we had was for the States office and it was only after a few calls that we realized that we were calling an American office but no one gave us a contact closer to home and clearly our concerns/questions were not being passed on, or were being ignored.

“There were three occasions on which I called the office and was told that they would pass on the message and that someone would get back to me. No one did. I'm guessing it was the U.S. office that I was contacting because they seemed to have problems understanding where Edmonton was located. They were very courteous and I'm not sure where the failure to respond initiated but at one point we were seriously thinking of cancelling because we were afraid we'd get the same lack of response if an issue ever came up with the roof.”
