One thing that could have been improved on or better is for our salesperson, Derek, to get back with us when we called twice. I was happy to deal with Shawna. She was very nice and easy to deal with. They are coming back in the Spring. It was found that we didn't have enough snow gaurds added to our order. They will come back in the Spring to put them on where they go. It is very nice that they are not charging us for these as our salesman should have caught this and been put in the original order. I am very happy and they have been very professional. Happy with the warranty. We have three gooseneck pipes on our rood and a bonus is that when they come back in the Spring they are going to match the color to the roof and spray paint them the same color. We have had a lot of positive feedback from family and neighbors about the roof. We had a friend, David Rimes down in Calgary who used Interlock Roofing, had a good experience and referred us.
