Our new Interlock Roofing system looks great and we are very happy with the updated feel of our home's exterior. We actually installed a solar photovoltaic system over part of our new Interlock roof and the two systems complement each other very well and look great together. We would recommend an Interlock Roofing system to anyone who is looking for a great looking roof that will last a lifetime. All the areas noted above. One additional problem we had was that the solar PV team had coordinated and essentially "hired" Interlock Roofing to have some additional brackets installed. Following our final payment on the roof, instead of sending the invoice for this additional work to the solar PV team that asked for it, the invoice was sent directly to the homeowner along with what seemed like a threat that warrantee paperwork would not be issued unless we paid that additional bill ourselves. I forwarded the extra Interlock Roofing bill to the solar PV team who took care of it for us but this is yet another example of room for improvement with communication on the part of Interlock Roofing. Nothing other than the fact that we are very happy with our new roof. We appreciate the help we received from Head Office staff when we were first considering an Interlock Roofing system and we appreciate the work that went into making our new roof a reality. Please take the comments above as areas of improvement for the future rather than an indication that we are unhappy with the results. We are very happy with the results. Thank you.
