interlock still has not given us a breakdown of the costs which we asked for before installation. we were given a total cost but not a breakdown. in the future i think customers would be happier if you gave them an actual cost sheet that explained everything. there was a lot of materials that were ordered for our job that left the job site with the installation team that we were charged for in the beginning and not credited for after the job was finished. probably amounting to at least a few hundred dollars.
