We have to give this a two as having had the house roof done many years ago we know the quality of the product. However, we do feel we have to warn them of our non communication problem on the last project. COMMUNICATION Communication Communication within the Alberta office. If we were a brand new customer we would have walked or run probably. The lack of communication from the Alberta office honestly has made us wonder how you handle warranty issues. Shauna Cooper | Office Administrator was our point person and the one we had the most issues with.
