Better communication regarding supply, delivery of materials and installation date. The order for the roofing material was placed in Sept/13. We were informed in July/14 of a problem with being able to produce the material in the color we chose and had to select another color. Materials were delivered end of July and installed in September. We had to initiate the calls to ask the status of delivery and installation.
