I can't think of anything during the project, it was great. As mentioned above, it would have just been nice to have a bit more of a heads up when the installer was arriving. I almost didn't answer the door and because of so many thefts around lately, we are all less tempted to answer the door to strangers, or to even call the police. When we received the information about the guarantee we were a bit surprised. It seemed to have more loopholes in it that we don't believe we were told.
