This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Black on a home in Red Deer, AB, completed January 16, 2015. The project covered roughly 29 squares of roofing. Sales Knowledge scored 3 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “Jim's quote stated that the install should have been completed within 6-8 weeks, but we did not even receive the roof materials within the 8 weeks.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
I think a more realistic completion date on the quote would have gone a long ways to increasing my satisfaction level. Better communication from Interlock as to the delays would have also been huge. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and the install, just frustrated with the lack of communication regarding the delays.
