Their communication fell short of my expectations. We didn't know a timeline. When they dropped off the roofing materials, I assumed it would start within a couple of days and it wasn't until a couple of weeks. Everything was left out in the rain. The guys coming to install the roof gave us a 12 hours warning before they showed up. Because of the timing of everything, I was away that weekend and my husband had our kids to deal with so he wasn't checking the phones at 8:00 at night.
