“I had asked Randal about the crew installing some boards for me before putting the roof on. They told me they would do that but they didn't put that in the contract. When the installers came they didn't install the boards. Now I have a beautiful roof sitting on old lumber. I'm trying to figure out how to get the old lumber out without damaging the roof. I have the lumber sitting in my garage painted and ready to go and I couldn't get it on. Other than that, everything was great.”
