  They were extremely good at keeping the place clean and tidy. They cleaned up well. It was fabulous. The communication could be improved. I am still waiting for my lifetime guarantee. They cashed the check, and I still have not received it. The office staff needs to up their game. I have not called them, but I asked them directly for that when the job was completed. Our husband was informed about that, and we weren't happy about it. They informed us that weren't going to have to watch in case somebody got our personal information.   Presentation took a very long time on the durability/warranty, and the price was very glossed over. I was hoping for 1.5 to 2x the price of asphalt, and was told to expect 3+x the asphalt price. I was already aware of the specs from researching before requesting a quote, finding out the actual price was more important for me.   I think Interlock Roofing could Improve on the quality of the installation company. This was a repair from severe hail damage from a previous interlock roof. I think the price was a little high and that might have been because of insurance but I don't know if I would use Interlock Roofing again. It cost almost as much as it was to do the roof the first time.
