Overbooking job simultaneously which caused major and frustrating delays for a project that was initially stated as "no more than 10 days"!Very disorganized with lack of materials and showing up late or not showing up at all when promised! Too many excuses. Credibility is lost. Also, makes us wonder why ratings for Interlock was 3/5 on internet. Now it all makes sense. The amount of money we paid to get our roof done should have run smoothly (ie. company charges a lot for their rooofs, perhaps more crew members on site will improve work completion). Also, the crew didn't follow the work order ( only installed 3 out of 5 vents that we paid for) until we pointed it out and had the manager promptly rectify it. Fascia covers that we had to pay extra was not offered during initial sales contract. This added more delays to the project -- over sight again. In fact, the fascia board should have been include into the price. In terms of quality of materials, it seems okay for now. Let's wait until later date to determine how the materials hold up in workmanship...
