Financing was not as expected. We believed that we were going to get 15 years at 6.0% to pay off the roof when we talked with the sales representatives. The official paper contract said that we got 10 years at 6.99%. Not sure where and why the difference occurred. So if something is agreed upon by the sales rep. and the house owners then they ought to deliver that exact requirements to us and respect the trust in good faith. It was based on our initial understanding that we choose to hire Interlock. In addition, the financial agreement arrived after they started the work. Since it is too early to state how the product has benefited and performed, we will be glad to fill out future surveys on longevity and warranty support of the product on our roof. Thank you for being upfront on the costs of the roof but clearly stick to previous agreements on financing.Please clarify information about acid rain effects and paint durability in years. If acid rain effects becomes an issue how will Interlock fulfill its warranty obligations? If the paint fades prematurely how will Interlock remedy the roof to maintain the curb appeal?
