“Lynda and Lydia were great but I was never provided with Todd's phone number and he never contacted me in advance of the work beginning although promised, so there was confusion about when the job was starting and why there was only Mike to do the work. I realize so many businesses are short staffed these days and things change and mistakes happen, but when I did finally hear from Todd trying to convince me to allow Mike to complete the work over the one weekend in three months that we said was not possible, I found him to be rude. Mike apologized when he returned on the Tuesday.”

“As long as the roof was completed before the autumn rains came, we were in no rush and only stated one weekend for the entire summer when we did NOT want to have the work done. We expected a team of guys to come do the job so were pleased it would be starting so quickly. Mike was a great installer, but we were surprised he was on his own, so it really dragged on and was more disruptive to us working from home than we anticipated. The biggest complaint though was that Mike understood why we didn't want him working on the roof while we would be away and our cat terrified of the noise inside, but Todd was a bit rude when he tried to convince me to allow Mike to return for that weekend. It was the one weekend out of three months that we said wouldn't be good for us! If it was only going to be one guy doing the job, we wouldn't have minded it starting until after that weekend. So, the scheduling could definitely have been done differently.”
