“So in the beginning, instead of giving us a quote, Randal told us to sign a contract. He said that it would be ok that he just wanted to get our information so he wouldn't have to gather the information twice to do the contract. The problem was we didn't sell our house so we weren't able to go through with the quote plus we made a whole bunch of changes on the design and the size. We ended up having to deal with collections and the accounts receivable lady trying to collect money for the roof and the deposit and we weren't ready to do that. All we had wanted was a quote and Randal asked us to sign a contract at the beginning saying to us it wasn't really a contract yet but it actually was. Everything else was wonderful, the product is wonderful. Randal was very knowledgeable, he was a good salesman. But that piece with signing the contract at the beginning rather then just getting the quote, really wasn't what we wanted.”
