If somebody I recommended Interlock Roofing rec'd the service level I rec'd ( my opinion of course) I would have been embarrassed to have made the recommendation. COMMUNICATIONS! FOLLOW UP! COMPANY INTERACTION WITH CUSTOMER! BETTER PROTOCOL FOR SITE CLEANLINESS ! If the company is genuinely interested in my personal opinion, I would be happy to share it and hear what they think of how things went and if I should feel the way I do! Criteria for this. This meeting or phone conversation WOULD HAVE TO BE somebody higher in the company than the installation manager Todd Jones and NOT MR. Dave Thomas. Although, obviously, my roof hasn't had the test of time, I chose it because I believed it to be the best option available. However, in my opinion, the manner in which this service was conducted lacked professionalism and may be causing the loss of new business.
