  They were professional and courteous. From the sales end with Randal, to their manager Todd, and the installer Vlad, they did what they said, when they said they were going to do it. They were just true professionals and a pleasure to work with. The only part of the process I wasn't super hot on was a little bit of the sales pitch at the start.
