It’s hard to find labourers willing to commit to roofing long term so I understand the turnover and don’t see the green crew as a negative as Antonio and Mike dealt with all the detail work.”

“Materials were all great, but some scratches of the coating was observed on some installed panels. Since the panels are aluminum it’s not as bad as on a steel roof, but it doesn’t look great. Scratches were too minor to request the panels be replaced. A couple panels were bent from poor installation of the kick boards and Mike replaced those perfectly. You cannot even tell where they were.”

“Mike and Antonio are masters of their craft and it shows in the details. We have angled fascia boards and I watched Antonio recut flashings multiple times until he was satisfied with them without me having to say a thing. Detailing is definitely a strength of this team.”

“I am still finding snipped corners of the aluminum panels and flashings. The magnet the crew used was great for picking up the old nails, but the new aluminum ring shank nails and snipped flashing pieces aren’t magnetic so there are little pieces in the downspout cleanouts and around the yard. I’m hyper aware of them as we have a 13-month old who finds every little thing in the yard.”
