If it's bad and I recommend it, then they would be mad with me. I haven't had the product long enough. I haven't had the roof on long enough to know. They could have brought the product two or three days prior to the job, that would have been nice, and given us some notice, and not left it out to where someone could have stolen it

Scott gave a low ball quote to Northern Capital Restorations, possibly based of poor information. I was given another price by Angela, which was based on very specific measurements and details, then when Colin showed up he made unrealistic claims on being an "insurance specialist" and jacked the house price up and added the garage in. Review: December 6, 2014Completion: September 16, 2014Our biggest concern was the things that went into dumpster rather then being recycled. they were trying to get the job done as quickly as possible, which we were glad for but they threw a lot of stuff in the dumpster. They did in 3 days instead of a week, which was pretty impressive. We had a problem getting rid of the dumpster, but that was a more a problem with the dumpster company.

I was not notified of the delivery date of the product, nor was I notified in a timely manner regarding the amount of strapping I was providing, nor was I notified when the disposal bin was to arrive. They don't openly discuss this with you. If we hadn't asked, we wouldn't have known.
