  Interlock Roofing could have improved during the project because of the measurements. Randal was very upfront in the fact that there was a measurement issue for the total length of the panels. It was an unfortunate missed oversight, but in terms of how it got handled and addressed, I was pleased. They were very professional and I was more than happy to continue working with them for the roof. All in all, I am satisfied with the process.

  1. It was an insurance claim and Interlock was the only bidder. 2. Randall came by for an hour before the work was initiated and told us about the product and answered our questions - but he neglected to leave us with any printed materials, and; after the work was completed payment was handled by the insurer and so we have zero paperwork from Interlock.
