Randal was very upfront in the fact that there was a measurement issue for the total length of the panels. It was an unfortunate missed oversight, but in terms of how it got handled and addressed, I was pleased. They were very professional and I was more than happy to continue working with them for the roof. All in all, I am satisfied with the process.

Randall came by for an hour before the work was initiated and told us about the product and answered our questions - but he neglected to leave us with any printed materials, and; after the work was completed payment was handled by the insurer and so we have zero paperwork from Interlock.
